Data Protection

As a Local Authority, Tunstall Parish Council is required to comply with all Data Protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 1988 (soon to be replaced with the Data Protection Act 2018)

Under data protection legislation, individuals have the right to see any data we hold on you (with a few exceptions) and to have it corrected if it is not accurate. You can access the information we hold about you by making a Subject Access Request. This can be made in writing, by e-mail or using the Subject Access Request application form. Please provide as much information as possible about the information you require, mark your request Subject Access Request and send it to the address provided on the form.
