Suffolk Coastal District Council (SCDC) have confirmed to Tunstall Parish Council that the Green Man Inn has been added to the Register of Assets of Community Value. 

In the event that the owner of the property wishes to dispose of it at some point in the future (other than as a gift, inheritance, mortgage default, insolvency, death, court order or business transfer), they will inform SCDC, which will trigger a moratorium period. SCDC will write to Tunstall PC to inform us that this is the case, and what the process is for submitting an intention to bid.
