On 4th July 2017 the Alde and Ore Estuary Partnership displayed plans they have to use the Enabling Development Scheme to raise funds for the AOET, by selling a parcel of land in School Road, Tunstall for 12 houses.

Following comments received at the exhibition, the AOEP have decided to revise their plans. As soon as these are available we will publish them.
